Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Chester Hotel & Suites.

For the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of all our valued guests, kindly take note of the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Hotel. Guests must provide valid payment information and settle all fees and charges in line with the Hotel’s payment policies. Check-in time: 5:00 am
Check-out time: 12:00 noon.
Late check-out: From 1:00 pm onwards (after the 12:00 noon check-out period has elapsed) attracts an extra charge of 50% of the room rate. Personal cheques are not accepted for deposits or bill payments.

2. Reservations and Cancellations

All bookings require valid payment details. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before arrival.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival may attract charges.
Guests must notify the Hotel in writing for any cancellations or modifications.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with the Hotel’s cancellation policies and applicable laws.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their valuables.
The Hotel is not liable for lost, misplaced, or stolen items.
Any damage to Hotel property will be charged to the guest’s account.

4. Visitors and Conduct

Visitors are allowed only with management approval through confirmation by the registered guest.
Guests must avoid loud noise, disturbances, or behavior that inconveniences others.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms and permitted only in designated smoking areas.

For safety reasons, guests are required to follow staff instructions during emergencies.
